Jim McCasland |
Jim McCasland graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in recreational leadership and history. He then finished up his education by receiving his Master’s Degree in Recreation Education with an outdoor emphasis. Jim married the love of his life, Debbie in 1981, and together they have a son, Nathan and daughter, Sarah. Jim has taken all AZ big game (including both a rocky mountain and desert sheep) species except black bear. Several species qualified for Boone and Crocket and the Arizona Record Books. Jim has hunted multiple times in Northwest Territories, Alaska and British Columbia harvesting Dall and Stone sheep, plus Boone and Crocket Mountain Caribou. He achieved his North American Grand Slam in 2001. He is also an avid upland bird hunter; breeding, training and hunting Brittany’s. Jim has held an Arizona Guide License since 1979 and specializes in trophy antelope and desert bighorn sheep, with many of his clients qualifying for the Boone and Crocket record book. Jim has authored a segment in the 1980 Arizona Trophies book and has been featured in numerous published articles and publications. Over the past 29 years Jim
has spent a lot of time in the outdoors, assisting many
hunters in harvesting trophy animals and priding
himself in providing as good an outdoor experience as
